Suzy Bogguss has proudly called her own shots for four decades, earning her stripes as a singer-songwriter, producer, and road warrior along the way—not to mention three Grammy nominations and several gold and platinum records. She is a living legend of country music, having earned eight Top 10 hits during the 1990s. In the 21^st century, she has explored new influences—including jazz, Western swing, and the Bakersfield sound.

Most importantly, Bogguss maintained strong relationships with her friends and fans through the soup nights she regularly hosts at her Tennessee home and her weekly livestream, called Wine Down Wednesday. Launched in 2020, the livestreams strengthened Bogguss’s bond with her audience, giving her the inspiration and confidence to create her newest album, 2023’s Prayin’ for Sunshine.
